02-13-23 – Monday – We finally saw the Surgeon today. It was quite an education complete with drawings. Got a CT Scan done today with specific contrasts. We should have the results from that and the pathology tomorrow. These will hopefully reveal what we need to know to determine surgery time and treatment path. The cancer is in the third section of the duodenum. This is where lots of things come together complicating the surgery options. Right now she is crazy uncomfortable with the NG tube but is toughing it out. She wants to talk with and see no one. Thank you for joining us in the heavenlies on her behalf.
