1:30 pm Yesterday was a long day trying to manage pain with oral meds only. Sleep had been rough the night before and rest came with difficulty. Finally received a shot in the evening and was able to walk some. She stayed on the oral pain medications through the night and today is much better. She had deep sleep through the night and the 2nd walk of the day by lunchtime. Eating clear liquids. Down to one IV. Drain lines removed. Progressing well. Thank you for praying.
