How do I know which grade to sign my camper up for?
Please register your camper based on the grade they'll enter in the fall after summer camps are over.
-
What happens to the $50 non-refundable deposit if my student is unable to attend summer camp?
If THE ARK cancels a camp session, a full refund will be given. Otherwise, the $50 deposit is nonrefundable. Please contact our office at 765-395-3638 if you have any questions. Other circumstances are examined on a case-by-case basis.

What if my camper has an appointment?
Coming and Going From Camp: It is our strong desire that students stay for the entire camp session. However, we know that some important appointments cannot be avoided. Students can come and go between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, except on Check Out Day.
Check Out Day: If your student needs to leave early on the day of check-out, they must be picked up by noon.
Check In Sunday Deadline: Most overnight camps start on Sundays at 5 pm. If your student is unable to make the scheduled check in time, you may need to bring them on Monday morning after 9 am. Please call the camp office the week prior and inquire about options.
All comings and goings need to be scheduled with THE ARK office staff between 9 am and 4 pm Monday - Friday. That way, we can get word to your student's dean that they need to be ready for pickup at a specific time.

What if my child has medications?
For camps that start on Sundays, medication drop-off begins at 4:30 pm in the Conference Center. For all camps, please bring any medicines (including OTC) in the original bottle/packaging to check-in. Our nursing staff will handle all medication. (Note: at least seven days before your child's camp starts, please make sure you've added any medication to your student's medical profile inside our registration system by logging back in using any "register now" button.)
-
What should we do with our luggage when we arrive at camp?
Please leave your camper's luggage in your vehicle until after you check-in.
-
When will the Camp Store be open?
Generally speaking, the Camp Store will be open during check-ins and pick-up times. Cash, local checks, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted (there is a $2 service charge for credit card purchases).
-
Are scholarships available?
Yes. Scholarship forms are available upon request. Scholarships are given out on a first-come, first-serve basis for one camp session per camper per year (some restrictions apply). Please call our office at 765-395-3638 or email Linda at linda.kidwell@thearkcm.org to receive the form and more info.
