Conference Center
The Conference Center is THE ARK’s primary indoor gathering and lodging facility, combining meeting space, dining support, and overnight accommodations in one central location. The building includes a large gym-style multipurpose room, a welcoming lobby with a fireplace, and multiple meeting rooms. Dormitory-style lodging adjacent to restrooms sleeps 40 guests total, with 20 guests per dorm on twin bunk beds; additional guests may be accommodated in meeting rooms upon request.
A full-service commercial kitchen and experienced staff are available to prepare and serve meals, allowing groups to focus fully on their retreat schedule without the need to manage food service.
Cave
The Cave is a versatile retreat facility offering both meeting space and overnight lodging in a more secluded setting. It features a large central meeting and sleeping area, dormitory rooms, bathrooms, showers, and a warming kitchen. The Cave sleeps 28 guests on twin bunk beds, with 14 guests in each dorm, and can accommodate additional guests on mattresses in the main meeting area.
Lakeside Cabins
Lakeside Cabins provide group lodging in a classic camp setting. Each cabin sleeps 16 guests on bunk beds and includes heating and cooling, restrooms, and showers. With 10 cabins available, the Lakeside Cabin area can accommodate up to 160 guests total.
Cottages
Cottages are private, studio-style accommodations designed for comfort and quiet. These spaces are ideal for retreat speakers, special guests, leadership couples, or individuals seeking a personal sabbatical experience. Each cottage offers a more residential feel while remaining close to THE ARK’s retreat facilities and natural surroundings.
Dome
The Dome is a residential home that accommodates up to 6 guests. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full residential kitchen, making it well-suited for small groups, leadership teams, or guest housing. The Dome offers comfortable, private lodging while still allowing guests to fully participate in retreat activities.
Jungle and Thai Huts
Our Rustic Huts offer a unique, nature-immersive lodging experience designed for groups seeking simplicity, adventure, and connection with the outdoors. Across both hut areas, accommodations sleep up to 70 guests, with 40 in Jungle Huts on bunk beds and 30 in Thai Huts in hammocks.
The Jungle Huts consist of an elevated wooden hut system with four huts connected by walkways, while the Thai Huts are built in a Southeast Asian style within the wetland area with four huts connected by rope bridges. Together, these spaces provide a memorable and distinctive retreat setting unlike traditional lodging.
Shared amenities include two flushing toilets and three shower pods each, available from mid-May through early October. Rustic Huts are offered at a lower per-person nightly rate, with housing priced separately from meals and activities, making them a popular option for groups seeking an affordable and experience-driven retreat.
